The property is multi-let to six office tenants and three retail tenants. The property was sold to a private investor for £13.7m which represents a net initial yield of 6.0%. Grampian Gate Retail Park, Milton Keynes is located within the town’s primary retail warehouse cluster of Winterhill. The property provides 16,447 sq. ft. of accommodation with 65 car parking spaces and is multi-let to Maplin, Ceramic Tile Distributors and Destination Aquatics.
