Experience
Chris joined DTZ Investors in 2006 and is a Fund Manager with experience of managing both direct and indirect property portfolios. Prior to this Chris was DTZ Investors’ Head of Investment Strategy and was responsible for the provision of strategic property advice across all of DTZ Investors’ discretionary and advisory fund management mandates. Chris also played a key role in the growth of DTZ Investors’ UK multi-manager business.
Chris joined the industry in 2000 and previously worked in Investment Strategy at LaSalle Investment Management, with responsibility for developing portfolio risk, forecasting and market analysis techniques.
Chris’s core competencies are in the management of UK property portfolios, and UK property investment strategy. He has a range of experience including:
- Long-term management of portfolios to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns;
- Strategy implementation to reposition underperforming portfolios;
- Development of portfolio risk, forecasting and strategic portfolio management tools.
- The allocation of capital to construct new portfolios; and
- UK Indirect portfolio management
Qualifications
Chris is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Degrees
