Patrick joined DTZ Investors France in 2014, as Administration Director and member of the Executive Committee.
Patrick began his career in the banking sector: HSBC then National Westminster Bank branch in Paris as head of Planning & Budget.
He joined the real estate services sector in early 1992 as Audit Director for Bourdais, a leading French company. Promoted Finance and Administration Director in 1995, he was involved in several acquisitions for this company. He finally advised the owning family in the sale process of the company in 2001 to the Insignia Group.
Following the merger with CBRE in 2003, Patrick joined DTZ Jean Thouard (brokerage, advisory, valuation and project management services) as Finance and Administration Director.
Degree
Patrick graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Paris and was for 6 years administrator and national treasurer of the French National Organization of Financial Directors (DFCG – 2800 members).
