We are income investors by nature, employing an occupier-focused investment philosophy and business management system to maximise the income potential from assets we manage on behalf of our clients.

Our senior leadership team has an average in excess of 24 years of property experience of which approximately half of which has been spent working together. This level of interaction builds trust, mutual respect and cohesion in our business, all of which are harnessed for client advantage.

We are fortunate to work with some of the most recognised institutional investors in Europe. Our approach to client relationships is bespoke and personal. We develop individual investment strategies for clients according to their risk tolerance and their investment returns expectations. Reporting is tailored to individual client need.

Our performance track record is extremely strong and consistent over the long-term. We have won 19 MSCI investment performance awards as well as being recognised with the Property Manager of the Year award by European Pensions in 2009. In 2015, MSCI recognised our efforts in the field of responsible investment with a Sustainability Award. Our most recent award was secured through one of our discretionary clients winning the top long-term performing fund over 10 years in 2023 and 2024.
