Planning Permission Secured and Works Commence at Perimeter One & Perimeter Two, Crawley

DTZ Investors has secured planning permission to refurbish and extend two industrial warehouse units at Perimeter One and Perimeter Two in close proximity to Gatwick Airport, Crawley.

The refurbished scheme will comprise 51,018 sq ft of warehouse and ancillary office accommodation across two detached self-contained units, with generous yard depths of 25m at Perimeter 1 and 47m at Perimeter 2. The works will include a Cat A office fit out, new underground drainage, extension to Perimeter 2 and associated external works including external soft landscaping. Faircloth Construction has been appointed as the main contractor and commenced on site, with the works due to complete in April 2026.

The units will comprise Grade A accommodation with an ESG enhanced specification, benefitting from B EPC ratings, Electric Vehicle Charging, enhanced landscaping, cycle stores and be fully electric with VRF heating and cooling system to the office accommodation.
