Ritesh joined DTZ Investors in January 2020 to head our Debt Capital Markets and Strategies practice. He is responsible for sourcing, placing and originating competitive debt capital for our investing mandates from discretionary funds and separate accounts. Ritesh brings over 15 years’ experience in real estate investments across the capital structure in UK and Europe. With in-house Debt capital markets capabilities we piece together the entire capital structure on acquisitions and refinancing.
Ritesh has previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank, GE Capital Real Estate on direct property investments both in equity and debt side.
Ritesh’s core competencies are in leveraged acquisitions of standalone assets or portfolios across UK and Europe. He has a range of experience including:
- Real Estate credit linked investment products
- Developing leveraged investment strategies for domestic and overseas investors;
- Implementation of leveraged investment strategy through sourcing, negotiating and underwriting debt issuance;
- Debt Management, Refinancing and Restructuring
