Experience
Tony joined DTZ Investors in 1999 and is a Senior Director and Fund Manager.
Tony has over 30 years’ experience in the UK property investment market.This includes more than 15 years’ experience of UK and overseas equities, UK gilts and UK and overseas property investing whilst in-house at Imperial Tobacco Pension Fund.
Tony has an outstanding track record of UK property investing, having secured the prestigious IPD/IPF award for the best performing property fund, on a risk adjusted basis, over 10 years in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011.
Tony’s core competencies are in the management of UK property funds. He has a range of experience including:
- Long-term management of portfolios to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns;
- Transition management of existing portfolios;
- Strategy implementation to reposition underperforming portfolios; and
- The allocation of capital to construct new portfolios.
Professional Qualifications
Tony is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
