Kosuke has over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry and has good track records of success. Kosuke started his career in a real estate division of Kokusai Kogyo and experienced sales and liquidation of the real estate by SPC scheme since 1996. In 2001, he joined Pacific Holdings Inc. and engaged in principal investment, and after that he became the head of acquisition division to make decisions for private real estate funds. He sourced and acquired various types of assets about JPY 200Billon. Prior to joining C&W in 2008, he worked for Prudential Real Estate Investors as Vice President. After Joining C&W group, he was involved in acquiring the asset management company which became C&W Asset Management K.K. today.
