Experience

Louis joined DTZ Investors in 2026 as Director and Sector Lead for Living. He is responsible for the firm's living platform across co-living, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and build-to-rent (BTR) in the UK and continental Europe, with a primary focus on the Folk Co-Living Fund.

Prior to joining DTZ Investors, Louis was an Associate Director at Savills Investment Management where he focused on European PBSA within the global investment partnerships team. Prior to that he worked across the firm's European Living Fund, covering acquisitions in the European residential sectors.

Louis began his career as an architect at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, where he became Associate Principal and led the design of large-scale mixed-use residential schemes as well as international masterplans across Europe and Asia.

Professional Qualifications

Louis is a registered architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

Degrees

Louis holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School as well as a MSc in Architecture from Eindhoven University of Technology.
