Experience

Nick joined DTZ Investors in 2025 and is Head of Legal & Compliance. He is responsible for the firm’s legal, compliance and financial crime functions, chairs the Governance & Risk Committee and serves on a number of the firm's boards of directors.

Prior to joining DTZ Investors, Nick was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, advising on corporate real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and structured investments. Before this, he held a number of senior roles within the real estate team at AlTi Tiedemann Global and Alvarium Investments, where he led transactions and investments across the UK, Europe, the United States and Australasia.

Nick began his career at Linklaters, where he specialised in real estate, real estate finance and corporate real estate transactions.

Professional Qualifications

Nick qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and is an FCA-approved person. He holds the SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) and SMF17 (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) functions for DTZ Investors.

Degree

Nick has a BA (Hons) degree in History from The University of Manchester and attended Law School at The University of Law, Moorgate.
