Experience
Simon is Chief Executive of DTZ Investors and responsible for managing the business, chairing our Executive Committee and boards of directors and setting and delivering on our strategy.
Simon joined DTZ Investors in September 2018 and served as Head of Legal & Compliance until 2025 when he took up the role of Head of Pooled Funds, responsible for c£2bn of AUM across various comingled fund vehicles investing across Europe.
Before moving across to DTZ Investors, Simon spent three and a half years as Senior Corporate Counsel in Cushman & Wakefield's EMEA Legal, Risk and Compliance team, where he focussed on the wider Cushman & Wakefield EMEA group's M&A programme and affiliate relationships.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Simon was a corporate lawyer at K&L Gates, where he specialised in M&A and international joint ventures.
Professional Qualifications
Simon qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and is a UK FCA approved person.
Degrees
Simon has an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from Durham University, attended Law School at The College of Law Guildford and holds the FCA’s Investment Management Certificate.
