Experience
Gavin joined DTZ Investors in October 2008 and is a Fund Manager. Gavin started his career at DTZ in 2007 and worked across both the UK and European Valuation departments prior to joining the fund management team.
Gavin's core competencies are in the management of UK property funds, sourcing of UK stock and implementation of specific value-adding asset strategies across all asset classes. He has a range of experience including:
- Strategy implementation to reposition underperforming portfolios
- Stock sourcing, acquisitions and disposals
- Cashflow analysis and development appraisals
- Implementation of value-adding asset management strategies including leasing, lease restructuring and redevelopment
Professional Qualifications
Gavin is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds the Investment Management Certificate (Level 1).
Degrees
Gavin has a BA (Hons) Geography from the University of Leeds and an MSc Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University.
