Experience

Sarah is our Sector Lead for Urban Logistics and began her career with the group in 2008. She initially focused on investment transactions in the industrial space, working closely with the Cushman & Wakefield group. Sarah managed a range of commercial asset disposals and acquisitions for equity-only and equity and debt funded clients.

In 2016, Sarah moved across to DTZ Investors to concentrate on asset management, again looking to specialise in industrial and trade centre assets. Sarah manages a portfolio of approximately £650 million of mixed-use and multi-let assets nationally. Her principal client base is Local Government Pension Schemes. Her key asset concentrations are in the major urban centres on London and the South East, the West Midlands, the A14 corridor and Greater Manchester.

Sarah has been actively involved in advancing our Responsible Investment programme, leading a number of pioneering initiatives on our large-scale holdings that look to increase tenant engagement, reduce waste and drive efficiencies for our occupiers. Sarah has excellent project management skills and is delivering several large-scale redevelopment and refurbishment projects.

Professional Qualification

Sarah is a Chartered Surveyor.

Degrees

Sarah is a graduate of Durham University with a BA Honours in Modern European Languages. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate from London’s South Bank University.
