As part of our ongoing collaboration with the Land Collective, we were delighted to welcome Nnaemeka Onyeka-Harris and Christy Chan for a week’s work experience within our Direct Real Estate Asset Management and Investment team.

Nnaemeka commented "This experience confirmed my decision to explore a career in real estate. I had the opportunity to visit a variety of assets, from co-living to industrial parks. I also reviewed leases, rent reviews and tenancy schedules, which improved my understanding of asset management."

Christy added "I really enjoyed the week, which consisted of multiple site visits and meetings with agents and property managers. Highlights included improving my understanding of the key assumptions that are factored into investment appraisals and exploring asset management strategies to implement at a trade park in south London."

We also welcomed students from the Land Collective for an insight day, which included a CV workshop and networking event.
