In December 2015 we acquired this multi let retail parade located in a prime trading position in Nottingham’s shopping district, opposite the Victoria Shopping Centre.

Nottingham is a major regional City and the property is located on the prime pedestrianised pitch that receives a footfall of 19.8 million people per annum.

The prominent block provides four well configured retail units let to five retailers trading over three floors. It benefits from a core defensive income that is supported by strong retailer demand.
