Acquisition Value

In December 2014 we acquired this 248,900 sqft leisure scheme in Glasgow on the south bank of the River Clyde next to the M8 Kingston Bridge.

The park includes 13 leisure units and a 1,300 space car park. It is anchored by Odeon and other major occupiers include Hollywood Bowl, Alea Casino, Mecca Bingo, Ibis Hotels, Nando’s, Burger King, Harvester and Frankie’s and Bennys

Prior to acquisition we identified the part required investment to maintain its income profile. We also recognised the need to improve the quality and depth of restaurants on offer.

We are in the process of undertaking a refurbishment to improve the park aesthetics, public realm and signage. This will provide the basis of improving the quality of restaurant and food offer and enable the retention of core income.

We have significantly improved the marketing of the scheme with regular and popular local events driving additional footfall and raising the park profile.

Past Performance is not a guide to the future. The value of an investment may go down as well as up and future returns are not guaranteed.
