In November 2012 we acquired a freehold multi-let mixed-use investment on one of London’s busiest thoroughfares connecting Embankment tube station with London Charing Cross national rail station.

The property comprises 12 retail and leisure units at ground and basement level and residential accommodation on upper floors. 

Since acquisition we have been able to improve the tenant mix enabling us to push-on rental levels, generating income growth of 3.3% per annum.

Additional value has been added by agreeing a surrender of the residential lease on the upper parts and re-letting newly-refurbished flats on AST’s.
