In February 2013, DTZ Investors acquired Fulham Island, a prominent, self-contained mixed use asset.

The asset offers a mix of commercial and high-quality residential accommodation, most of which is sold off on long leaseholds. The commercial element comprises 42,215 sq ft of retail, restaurant and office accommodation.

The asset offered a number of opportunities to add value through an active asset management program. Settlement of the outstanding M&S rent review provided an immediate day one opportunity to boost the running yield.

More recently value has been added through a surrender and new 20 year lease to Cote Restaurants Ltd and the successful re-gear of the entire office accommodation on a new 10 year lease.
