Imperial House, Temple Street

Birmingham

Multi-let office acquisition

Investment Type

Direct

Sector

Office

Acquisition Date

January 2016

Acquisition Value

£15-20m

In January 2016 we acquired this freehold multi-let office investment in Birmingham’s Central Business District. Temple Street has benefited from increased footfall since the upgrade of Birmingham New Street rail station, acting as a thoroughfare between the station and St Philip’s Square. The asset provides a number of asset management opportunities that will help capture strong rental growth and improve the asset’s income yield.

This acquisition demonstrates DTZ Investors’ appetite for investing in dynamic regional cities. Birmingham benefits from a strong economy, significant infrastructure improvements and continued inward investment.

Past Performance is not a guide to the future. The value of an investment may go down as well as up and future returns are not guaranteed.
