We have won the award for the best performing fund over a 10 year period in the entire IPD Index, on a risk-adjusted basis in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011. In addition, in 2013, we won the IPD award for the best three year rolling return for Funds between £100m and £350m. In France, DTZ Investors was awarded the Property Manager of the Year award by the European Pensions Awards in 2009 and won the Pierres d’Or award in 2004 for best Asset Manager.

Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management is our Asian Head Quarter of DTZ Investors located in Tokyo and is a fully licensed, full service Investment Management firm with Investment Advisory license (toshi jogen dairi gyo) and Investment Management license (toshi unyo gyo). The business has been active since the start of the property fund management industry in Japan in 2001 and has structured over 100 SPCs irrespective of sectors, and has close relationships with the major industry players including lenders, trustees and property managers in Japan. The business originates from Pacific Investment Corporation, the private fund asset management subsidiary of Japanese real estate giant Pacific Holdings Group, which became the current C&W AM platform through the acquisition in 2009.
DTZ Investment Management Limited, one of our subsidiaries, is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority to carry on regulated activities. We have been investing in UK indirect real estate since 2004 and international indirect real estate since 2006 through this entity.
