DTZ Investors acquires freehold of 19-21 Great Tower Street
DTZ Investors has acquired the freehold of 19-21 Great Tower Street, EC3 for approximately £11.5 million.
The 18,000 sq ft office and retail building has been sold by St Barts, at a price of £640 per sq ft. The building has floor plates of circa 2,000 sq ft, which are currently in short supply in the City office leasing market.
Great Tower Street is classed as an emerging location, and is increasingly attracting a variety of office and retail occupiers. The property has short unexpired lease terms, which opens up the potential to refurbish the building and re-let into a strong occupational market, at very reversionary rents.
