DTZ Investors acquires multi-let retail parade in Bath
DTZ Investors have completed on the acquisition of 3-6 Abbeygate Street, Bath, for £4.66m on behalf of PAT (Pensions) Ltd.
The asset, which is located off the main shopping thoroughfare of Stall Street in central Bath, is let to Thomas Cook, Cotswold Outdoor, C.E.X. and Dorothy House. The purchase represents a rare opportunity for the acquisition of a freehold investment in the city centre; providing the Fund with exposure to a core retailing location, and offering immediate asset management prospects.
