DTZ Investors has completed the refurbishment of the 5th floor at 55 Gracechurch Street, EC3. The floor offers 7,855 sq ft of newly refurbished, Category A accommodation and the ground floor reception area has also undergone a comprehensive refurbishment. The floor was launched on Friday 16th September with over 100 City agents in attendance.
