Record rents at 80 Clerkenwell Road

DTZ Investors have fully let 80 Clerkenwell Road, following a comprehensive refurbishment project. Rents of up to £72.50 per sq ft have been achieved on the office accommodation, with a record rent of £113 per sq ft being attained on the ground floor showroom.
Fund manager, Gavin Richmond, remarked, ‘we are very happy with the rents achieved, and it does reflect the current levels of competition occupiers face for high quality accommodation in this prime location’
