DTZ Investors is delighted to have completed a refurbishment on this 3,000 sq ft warehouse unit at the Zennor Trade Park, Balham, London. The estate provides various warehouse and trade counter units, with size ranging from 2,100 to 6,500 sq ft. This is part of a wider renewal/refurbishment project that is ongoing at Zennor Road, which includes replacement of roofs, external redecoration and modernisation of the estate, due to complete in Q3 2019.
