DTZ Investors completes second Tapi letting
DTZ Investors has recently completed its second letting at St John’s Retail Park in Wolverhampton with Tapi, who specialise in selling carpets, vinyl, laminate and other flooring products. A new 10 year lease was agreed where Tapi occupy 5,000 sq ft on the scheme. DTZ Investors completed its first deal with Tapi in June 2015 at Linkway Retail Park in Cannock where Tapi took a new 10 year lease on 6,300 sq ft.
