DTZ Investors complete a 5 year lease to Breather
Following the completion of an extensive refurbishment of 21-22 Poland Street, DTZ Investors has signed a new lease to Breather; a US based provider of on-demand meeting spaces. A 5 year term was achieved on a 1,085 sq ft floor plate, at a rent reflecting £87.50 per sq ft.
