Warrington warehouse sold by DTZ Investors
DTZ Investors has sold a 376,228 sq ft distribution warehouse in Warrington to Griffin Logistics for £21.4m in a deal reflecting a net initial yield of 8.24%.
The warehouse is let to Eddie Stobart with an unexpired lease term of 10 years.
Located on Hawleys Lane, close to junction nine of the M62, the site is used to service 13 contracts for clients including Tesco Direct, TATA Chemicals and Dobbies Garden Centre.
DTZ Investors was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
