DTZ Investors acquires 80-86 St John's Road, Clapham
DTZ Investors have completed on the off-market acquisition of 80-86 St John’s Road, Clapham for £10,680,000 on behalf of Strathclyde Pension Fund.
The asset comprises a mixed-use end of terrace building with retail at ground and basement level, let to Maplin (until 2022) and Mountain Warehouse (on a temporary rolling license), and nine residential units on the upper floors.
The property is a continuation of the Fund’s existing ownership, 48-78 St John’s Road, where Aliwal Road intersects.
This acquisition presents the Fund with an opportunity to strategically increase its ownership in a key growth area of Greater London, as well as offering immediate asset management prospects.
