DTZ Investors complete letting to Selco at Mitcham Industrial Estate

DTZ Investors have completed the letting of Unit 23 Mitcham Industrial Estate to Selco on a 15 year term. The letting has significantly enhanced the asset’s income profile, providing long income from a strong covenant.
We are also pleased to offer Unit 21 Mitcham Industrial Estate to let. The unit provides 21,314 sq ft of warehouse/industrial accommodation which is to be refurbished imminently and will become available thereafter.
