DTZ Investors complete on 5 year lease to CT Skills
DTZ Investors have completed on a 5 year letting of two floors within Alan House, Nottingham, at £75,000 reflecting £10 psf to CT Skills.
CT Skills delivers apprenticeships, traineeships and training to young people, adults and employers across Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. The company’s head office is based in Nottingham, and they also operate two other bases in Nottingham City Centre. They look to continue to expand their operations within the city with this move to Alan House.
