DTZ Investors completes new letting at Villiers Street

DTZ Investors has recently completed a new 10 year lease with Simit Sarayi on Villiers Street; a prime Central London retail pitch situated to the north of Embankment tube station. Simit Sarayi are a well-established bakery with an Anatolian heritage and this will be their fourth UK store in addition to a strong global presence, originating in Turkey in 2002.
