DTZ Investors sign new lease to The Designer Rooms

New lease to The Designer Rooms

DTZ Investors has completed a new five year lease to The Designer Rooms at Unit 4B at the Caledonian Retail Park in Wishaw; a retail warehouse unit comprising 7,316 sq ft. The Designer Rooms is a Scottish independent furniture company offering a wide range of contemporary furniture and this will be their fifth store across Scotland.

The new lease completed in September.
