On track with 10 year Waterway Park lease to King Road Tyres
DTZ Investors has completed a new lease at Unit 5, Waterway Park in Hayes to Kings Road Tyres, one of the UK’s largest independent tyre distributors. The unit totals 9,617 sq ft and was let on a new 10-year lease with a break at the 5th year at a rent of £10.75 per sq ft.
