Children’s retailer Jacadi secure a 10 year lease in Richmond

DTZ Investors has signed a new 10 year lease with the French childrenswear retailer, Jacadi. The premium fashion brand has taken 1,800 sq ft of space at 10 The Quadrant, Richmond. Jacadi has over 270 stores worldwide, with existing boutiques on London’s King’s Road, Chelsea and Hampstead High Street.
