DTZ Investors sign new lease at Caxtongate in Birmingham

DTZ Investors has completed a new five year lease to Char Wallah Tea at 10 Cannon Street in Birmingham; a ground floor retail unit comprising 521 sq ft. Char Wallah are a Birmingham based retailer specialising in teas from around the world.

 

DTZ Investors acquired Caxtongate in 2012 and the asset is now fully occupied.
