DTZ Investors has completed a letting at 16-18 Beak Street, London, W1.
Prodigy Finance, the fintech disruptor and international postgraduate student loan provider, has signed a new five-year lease for the second floor totalling 1,787 square feet. The floor had been recently refurbished.
DTZ Investors was represented by Avison Young and Edward Charles and Partners. Prodigy Finance was represented by Reesa. The property is now fully occupied.
