Permission granted for retail park development

DTZ has successfully secured planning permission to develop 4,000 sq ft of new retail space on the Caledonian Retail Park in Wishaw. The proposed pod development will further improve the retail park’s offering and we are currently in the process of securing new occupiers. Existing tenants on the park include Argos, B&M Bargains, Carpetright, Pets at Home and The Range.
