Planning success opens up retail park

DTZ Investors have successfully achieved planning consent for over 25,000 sq ft of fully open retail consented mezzanine floor space at Friern Bridge Retail Park. This has facilitated the downsizing of Pets At Home and letting to Dunelm setting a new rental benchmark at the park. Dunelm opened their store yesterday.
