Sporting success for DTZ Investors

DTZ Investors have sold Unit 10 at West Thurrock Retail Park to Sports Direct for £16.5m. The 50,000 sq ft unit was vacated by Kiddicare in 2015 with Morrisons guarantor to the lease until 2019.
