DTZ Investors has been instructed to advise Allianz Insurance on its property portfolio.

The role will be to develop and implement an investment strategy, provide asset management services and execute transactions on an advisory basis. The target is to grow the portfolio with a focus on increasing the Fund’s exposure to multi-let assets in major urban centres.
