Jongor Hire's lease requirements fully catered for

DTZ Investors has completed a new lease at Unit 3, Waterway Park in Hayes to Jongor Hire, one of the UK’s leading catering equipment hire companies. The unit totals 14,774 sq ft and was let on a new 10-year lease at a new record rent for the estate, of £10.95 per sq ft.
