DTZ Investors has completed a transformative refurbishment of Unit 7 at Lawrence Way in Camberley. The 8,100 sq ft unit was in a dilapidated condition following the departure of the previous tenant and it has been brought up to Grade A standard following the comprehensive refurbishment programme. GVA acted as the project manager with West 1 delivering the contract.
