DTZ Investors has completed the sale of two care homes in York and Bebington on the Wirral, to the UK listed specialist care home investor Target Healthcare REIT Limited and its subsidiaries (“The Group”).

The investment properties comprise two purpose built care homes containing 167 beds.  Amelia House in York was opened in 2007 and offers 81 bedrooms and Bebington Care Home in the Wirral opened in 1999 and offers 86 bedrooms.

Both care home properties are let on two separate leases to Four Seasons Health Care, one of the UK’s largest care home operators.

Amelia House is situated in the Rawcliffe area of York surrounded by modern residential properties whilst Bebington Care Home is to the west of Bebington town centre which offers a range of local shops and amenities.
