DTZ Investors disposes of Greater London Industrial Estate

DTZ Investors has completed on the sale of Aerodrome Way Industrial Estate in Heston for £17.45m. The asset is situated to the north-east of Heathrow Airport, within an established Greater London industrial market. The estate itself extends to c. 79,000 sq ft, and is arranged across ten units.
The property is multi-let to seven tenants and has a weighted average unexpired lease term of 5.5 years to breaks and 5.8 years to expiries.
The disposal is in line with Fund strategy and demonstrates the continued strength of demand for industrial assets.
The asset was acquired by Multi-Let Industrial Property Unit Trust, a fund managed by Schroder Real Estate and advised by JLL. DTZ Investors was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
