A new Next store has now opened at St John’s Retail Park at Wolverhampton following completion of the Landlord enabling works and tenant fit-out works under an agreement entered into in December 2017. The new store sees Next double their existing store size on the retail park where their new store is also home to a Paperchase and Costa Coffee. Upsizing Next on the scheme enables St John’s Retail Park to maintain its key status within Wolverhampton.
