Tenants include Topps Tiles, Formula One Autocentres and Edmundson Electrical. The property has road frontage on Wheatley Hall Road, and is situated in close proximity to the town centre.
The property was sold to Eskmuir for £6.075m, reflecting a capital value of approximately £120 per sq ft.
