DTZ INVESTORS COMPLETES ON THE SALE OF SOHO MIXED-USE BUILDING
DTZ Investors has disposed of 21-22 Poland Street, London W1. The property is a mixed use, multi-let building, providing 8,650 sq ft of restaurant and bar accommodation on the ground and lower ground let to Brewdog and office accommodation arranged over the five upper floors. The property is situated in Soho, in close proximity to Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus.
The property was originally acquired in 2015. Since acquisition, the asset has been repositioned, capturing rental growth through a refurbishment and re-letting programme.
The property was sold to a private investor for £14.38m, reflecting a capital value per sq ft of £1,660.
