Hollywood Bowl commits to Springfield Quay, Glasgow
DTZ Investors has successfully completed a re-gear with Hollywood Bowl at Springfield Quay in Glasgow.
Hollywood Bowl is a long standing anchor tenant on the scheme occupying 25,000 sq ft. The deal maintains the passing rent and extends the term to 2042, securing the PLC covenant and a tenant commitment to deliver their latest generation re-fit offering customers with a best in class bowling experience into the future.
Despite the ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic it shows that some leisure tenants are able to look through the fog and begin making positive decisions on sites with a history of trading well.
