DTZ Investors secures planning permission for a 106,498 sq ft new build at Unit B Railway Triangle, Portsmouth.

DTZ Investors has successfully secured planning permission to demolish the current warehouse and to develop a 106,498 sq ft new build warehouse and ancillary office accommodation at Unit B Railway Triangle Industrial Estate, Portsmouth.

Railway Triangle Industrial Estate is located in Portsmouth on Walton Road to the north of Portsea Island, in an established industrial location. Railway Triangle is situated 4 miles north of Portsmouth City Centre and 1 mile from access to the A27/          M27.

Unit B will comprise Grade A accommodation with an ESG enhanced specification targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating, EPC A rating and a Fitwel enabled building. The detached unit will benefit from 12m eaves, Photovoltaic ‘PV’ Panels, Electric Vehicle ‘EV’ Charging, enhanced landscaping, a cycle store and a VRF heating and cooling system to the office accommodation. In addition, the warehouse will also benefit from four gable end level loading doors, six dock level loading doors and two euro-dock level loading doors.
